I am a small business, and as such, I only go to the post office once or twice a week to give myself as much time as possible to paint! I appreciate your understanding. If you need your order shipped as soon as possible for a particular date, please email me at emilydaystudio@gmail.com, and I will try my best to accommodate this.

All artworks and products are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Original Pieces will be packaged and shipped within one week of ordering unless agreed otherwise (this does not include time for framing).

Fine Art Prints are printed to order and will be packaged, hand-signed, and shipped within two weeks.

Products will be packaged and shipped within one week of ordering.

Prints will be posted in mailing tubes. Original pieces on stretched canvas and framed prints will be carefully packaged and shipped in a box. Products such as linen tableware & greeting cards will be posted in a mailing bag, box, or tracked envelope.

All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Online pricing is inclusive of free shipping and handling anywhere in Australia for orders over $100.

Orders under $100 will have a flat rate of $10 applied at checkout.

Packages are sent via regular Australia Post or Aramex Couriers, and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel has been sent.

An option for Express Post is available at the checkout as a flat rate of $15 per order.

Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to me, and you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.

Delivery times can vary depending on location and times of the year (e.g., Christmas). Regular post items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for interstate deliveries. These are indicative times by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed.

Upon confirmation of your order, please double-check that your postage address is correct. If it needs to be altered, please email me at emilydaystudio@gmail.com with the correct information. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for an incorrect address input at checkout. If the order is returned to sender (Emily Day Studio), shipping charges will apply to re-send the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Firstly, if you live outside of Australia and would like to purchase some of my work—thank you so much!

Unfortunately, paintings over 60cm will not be eligible for international shipping unless stated on the product page or pre-organized otherwise.

If you would like a painting over 60cm, I can arrange a custom commission on unstretched canvas that can be shipped in a mailing tube.

International orders will be shipped via Australia Post, starting from $25 AUD. Shipping & handling rates will be calculated at checkout based on the total postage weight of the order.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it is passed to your local courier service. Please be aware that you, as the customer, are liable for any taxes or fees upon importing artwork into your country of residence.

RETURNS & DAMAGES:

Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Every necessary precaution is taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely. However, if your item is damaged, please report it within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

To report damage, please send an image depicting the damage/fault (including the packaging) along with your name, order number, and contact details to emilydaystudio@gmail.com. This information is necessary for the insurance claim process with courier companies.

Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement piece is not available, or if the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.

Returns for Damaged Items: In the case of damages where the buyer is not at fault, Emily Day Studio will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged item. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement is sent out.

Replacement Dispatch Times: In the event of damage, please allow up to 2 weeks for the dispatch of a replacement, unless agreed otherwise. This is to allow for reprint or re-creation times, depending on the item.
